摘 要:目的 探讨茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响及其机制。方法 大鼠尾静脉注射STZ 6 0mg/kg形成糖尿病大鼠模型 ,并随机分组。测定使用茶多酚后糖尿病大鼠灌服葡萄糖、蔗糖和淀粉后 0、1及 2h血糖值 ,与阴性对照组、阳性对照组比较。结果 茶多酚能降低糖尿病大鼠口服蔗糖及淀粉后 1、2h血糖。结论 茶多酚能降低餐后血糖 ,改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量 ,可作为糖尿病辅助治疗药物之一。Objective\ To explore the effect and mechanism of Tea Polyphenol(TP) on the blood glucose of diabetic rats.Methods\ 60 mg/kg STZ was injected into the veins of the rat tails to establish the model of diabetic rats.All these rats were randomly devided into five groups.Fasting glaucose,1 hour and 2 hour bloodglucose after taking glucose,sucrose and starch were examined in all groups at post treatment with TP and then they were compared with the negative control group and positive control group .Results\ TP could decrease the 1 and 2 hour blood glucose level of diabetic rats after they took sucrose and starch. Conclusion\ TP can decrease the blood glucose of rats after meals,improve glucose tolerance of diabetic rats and it can be used to treat diabetes as an additional drug.
