摘 要:人既是教育管理的主体 ,又是教育管理的客体。人在教育管理中的这种特殊的双重地位 ,决定了人的主体性问题和主客体关系问题成为教育管理理论研究的一个核心问题。充分认识人的主体性 ,把握和处理好教育管理主体与客体之间的实践与认识关系、依存与制约关系及对立与统一关系 ,才能真正提高教育管理的效率与效能 。Human beings are both the subject and object of educational management. The special dual position of human beings in educational management has made the subjectivity of human beings and the relation between subject and object the core issues for the theoretical study of educational management. Only by fully understanding the subjectivity of human beings and the properly dealing with the relations of practice and understanding, coexistence and mutual restriction, and unity and opposition between the subject and object of educational management, can we really improve the efficiency and effect of educational management and make educational management better serve the current educational reform and development.
