摘　　要："浊"作为中医基础理论中基本概念之一,与"清"相对。浊邪内涵丰富,涉及病种多样,从浊邪概念、成因、致病特点入手,结合历代文献进行理论梳理,分类论述脂浊、痰浊、湿浊、瘀浊、浊毒、秽浊、溺浊、精浊的形成、性质、致病特点,探讨现代中医对浊邪致病的论治规律,以期更好地为相关慢性疾患的辨证施治提供理论依据,为在宏观和微观领域全面阐述浊邪病理生理规律的研究奠定基础。'Zhuo ',antonym of 'Qing ',is one of the basic concepts in Chinese medicine. Zhuo Xie is rich in connotation,and causes many diseases. This paper begins with an introduction to the concepts,reasons and features of Zhuo Xie,combs through the documents in history,discusses in details different categories of Zhuo Xie: Zhi Zhuo,Tan Zhuo,Shi Zhuo,Yu Zhuo,Zhuo Du,Hui Zhuo,Ni Zhuo,Jing Zhuo,and explores the treatment in modern Chinese medicine. The purpose is to provide some theoretical basis for the treatment of relevant diseases,and lay a sound foundation for research on pathophysiology of Zhuo Xie in macro and micro fields.
