铁路运输向现代物流转化的相关问题探讨

摘　　要：国外现代物流企业的营业额在总物流市场中占有相当的比例,而我国现代物流企业的市场相当巨大,我国铁路由传统运输企业向现代物流企业转化是新形势下的最佳选择,且比其他企业开展物流更具有优势。通过分析铁路运输向现代物流转化的必要性和紧迫性,从人才、信息化建设、经营管理、客户关系等方面进行了探讨,提出了相应的实用性建议。The turnover of foreign modern logistics enterprises takes up an important share in the whole logistics market. However, there exists a huge market for China modern logistics enterprises. It shall be the best option for China Railway to transform to modern logistics enterprise under the new situation. Besides, railway boasts more advantages to launch logistics comparing with other types of enterprises. By analyzing the necessity and impendency of such transform, the paper discusses from aspect of human resources, informationization construction, management and client relationship, etc and comes up with relevant practical advices.
