摘 要:研究食品抗氧化剂二甲基甘氨酸钠(N,N-dimethylglycine sodium salt,Na-DMG)对肉鸡器官指数、血液生理生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响。选用1 日龄爱拔益加(Arbor Acres,AA)肉鸡720 只,随机分成6 组,每组6 个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,实验组在基础日粮中添加300、500、1 000、1 500、2 000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸钠。结果表明:日粮中添加2 000 mg/kg的二甲基甘氨酸钠可显著提高肉鸡的脾脏指数(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加剂量为1 000 mg/kg的二甲基甘氨酸钠组肉鸡生长前期血液中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)的含量显著提高(P<0.05),二甲基甘氨酸钠对肉鸡生长后期血液中的生理生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05);二甲基甘氨酸钠对肉鸡血清和肝脏的总抗氧化能力影响较为显著。肉鸡生长后期,添加剂量在500 mg/kg以上的二甲基甘氨酸钠组肉鸡的血清中T-AOC活力显著提高(P<0.05);1 000 mg/kg以上的二甲基甘氨酸钠则能显著提高肉鸡肝脏的T-AOC活力(P<0.05)。二甲基甘氨酸钠可有效促进肉鸡胰腺的发育,增强肉鸡的免疫功能,并能显著提高肉鸡的抗氧化能力,且以1 000~2 000 mg/kg的添加剂量效果最佳。The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of NNdimethylglycine sodium salt(Na-DMG) on organ indexes, blood physiobiochemical indices and anti-oxidative performance of broilers. A total of 720 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated into six groups with 6 broilers in each group, and fed with a commercial starter diet supplemented with Na-DMG at 0, 300, 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg, respectively, for 42 days. The results showed that 1) dietary supplementation of Na-DMG at 2 000 mg/kg improved signicantly the spleen index of broilers(P < 0.05); 2) compared with the control group, Na-DMG supplementation at 1 000 mg/kg increased signicantly the blood triiodothyronine(T3) leve l of 21-day-old broilers(P < 0.05), but had no significant effect on blood physiobiochemical indices of42-day-old broilers(P > 0.05); 3) dietary Na-DMG mainly affected the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in blood and liver and at concentrations above 500 mg/kg improved signicantly the blood T-AOC level of 42-day-old broilers(P < 0.05), as well as at concentrations above 1 000 mg/kg increased the liver T-AOC level compared with the control group(P < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary Na-DMG can promote the development of the pancreas effectively, enhance the immune function and signicantly increase the antioxidant capacity of broilers, especially when supplemented at concentrations at 1 000–2 000 mg/kg.
