摘　　要：探讨植物性食品中农药残留检测的前处理方法,并对农药中的有机氯的种类以及对植物性食品的危害进行阐述,并提出几种前处理方法,以供参考。This paper discussed vegetable foods pretreatment methods of pesticide residue detection, and the type of organic chlorine pesticides and harmful to plant foods were elaborated, and several pretreatment methods were proposed, for reference.
