摘　　要：随着食品安全问题日益严峻,人们对食品检测要求日益提升。本文研究液相电化学法检测食品中甲醛合次硫酸氢钠,建立检测食品甲醛合次硫酸氢钠体系,并分析pH、温度因素对甲醛合次硫酸氢钠检测的影响。With the increasingly serious food safety problems,the demand for food detection is increase gradually. This paperanalyses the detection of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food by liquid phase electrochemical method and the determination of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food is established. The effects of pH and temperature on sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate is investigated.
