试论我国女性继续教育

摘　　要：女性继续教育是指对那些已脱离正规教育、参加工作的女性进行的各种专业训练和一般文化知识教育。总结我国女性继续教育经验,女性享有了更多的继续教育机会,受教育水平显著提高,两性受教育年限的差距进一步缩小。但女性受教育机会还不平等,农村女性的受教育水平仍然偏低;女性接受继续教育的状况还远远不能满足社会发展的需要。女性继续教育应以提高女性劳动者素质为根本目的,把普及与提高有机结合起来;完善多样化教育结构以适应不同层次女性学习的需求;教育内容将进一步职业化、实用化,教育手段呈现多元化、现代化等趋势。Women' s extended education refers to the totality of diverse professional training and basic cultural education for women who have stopped regular schooling and begun to work. The conclusion by means of summarization of Chinese women' s extended education is that women are enjoying more opportunities to receive regular schooling, that their levels of education are remarkably increased, and that the year gap between men' and women' s education is further narrowed. Nevertheless, women' s opportunity to receive education is still not as e-qual as that of men; countrywomen' s levels of education are still rather low; the situation on women' s extended e-ducation is still far from satisfying the needs of social development. The goal of women's extended education should focus on quality improvement for women laborers, by synthesizing publicity and improvement; diverse educational institutions are to be perfected to meet the needs of women at all levels; contents of extended education are to be more professional and practical, education means are to submit tendencies of multiplication and modernization.
