摘　　要：随着开放教育试点工作的不断推进,“不组班教学”方式愈来愈得到基层电大的认可。要充分发挥“组班教学”的优越性,我们必须在管理系统、人员、资源等各方面构建必要的先决条件,同时必须建立一套完善的质量保证措施,以保证“不组班教学”的顺利进行。The work of experimental unit of open education moving forward, the pattern of'open class'is approved by regional RTUs generally. We should construct the deciding conditions of managing systemi human resources and material resources and set up a perfect serial of quality insurance measures in order to display the superiority of 'open class'and ensure that this kind of teaching goes on somoothly.
