摘　　要：当前如何适应新形势的需要 ,切实增强德育的实效性 ,是高校德育工作面临的一个重大的课题。笔者通过对孔子“教学相长”思想的分析 ,谈谈其对当前高校德育的启示。At present, one of the important tasks that the Morality Education in the universities should face is how to meet the demand of the new situation and to strengthen the effectiveness of the Morality Education.The writer here discusses about the enlightenment of Confucian 'To Accelerate Each Other Between Teaching And Studying' Thoughts towards the Morality Education by analyzing the thoughts.
