摘　　要：文章介绍了南京东站加速顶、减速顶调速系统的维修和管理经验，并结合多年来的维修实践，提出了加速顶和减速顶的大修和报废周期。This paper introduces the experience of maintenance and management of speed control system of boosters and retarders in the Nanjing-East marshalling station and puts forward the period of overhaul and scrap for booster and retarders,combinging maintenance practice for many years.
