摘　　要：为使汽车车身轻量化,应用一汽与宝钢共同开发的高强度IF钢板BIF340、烘烤硬化钢板BH340分别代替St14和St13冷轧钢板,生产零件41种,使CA1092载货车用高强度冷轧钢板占整车的57.6%。通过室内性能试验和整车台架及行车试验,充分显示了高强度钢板优良的力学性能和成形性能。In order to reduce the weight of car body,high strength IF steel sheet BIF340and baking hardened-steel sheet BH340developed by FAW and Baogang steelwork were substituted respectively for st14and st13steel sheet to produce41kinds of parts and application rate of high strength cold rolled steel sheet is57.6%in CA1092mo -tor truck.It was found that high strength steel sheet had excellent mechanical and forming properties in perfor-mance test,complete vehicle rig test and running test.
