摘　　要：为研究葡萄多糖的生物活性 ,对葡萄多糖进行了提取和含量分析测定 ,用硫酸苯酚法测定含量 。The VLP(Vitis L.polysaccharide) was extracted and its contents were analysied to reseach the biology activiting of the VLP. The measure of phenol sulfuric acid was applied.The result indicated that this method is simple and reliable.
