摘　　要：为了解决具有尖峰型随机干扰的非线性系统辨识问题 ,提出一种新型神经模糊系统 。In order to resolve the identification problem of nonlinear systems with sharp-peak random disturbers, we propose a new neuro-fuzzy syste ms, and prove its universal approximation by using Weierstrass theory.
