膀胱肿瘤中EGF、EGFR表达的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨EGF、EGFR表达与膀胱癌发生、发展的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学ABC法对 15例膀胱乳头状瘤 ,81例移形细胞癌中EGF、EGFR表达情况进行检测。结果　研究发现在同一肿瘤组织中 ,EGF、EGFR的表达显著相关 (χ2 =5 .6 2 1,P <0 .0 5 )。EGF的表达率在三角区及管口附近显著高于周围区域 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;EGFR的表达率与肿瘤的病理分级呈正相关 (χ2 =8 38,P <0 0 5 ) ,与肿瘤的临床分期呈正相关 (χ2 =13.72 ,P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;而EGF与肿瘤细胞及肿瘤的浸润深度无关 ;结论　EGFR在膀胱肿瘤的发生、发展中均起着重要作用 ,而EGF作为肿瘤存在的环境因素促进肿瘤的生长及发生有一定关系。Objective To investigate the expressions of EGF and EGFR in bladder tumor.Methods The expressions of EGF and EGFR in 15 cases of bladder papilloma and 81cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemstry.Results The expressions of EGF and EGFR in the same sample were relative (χ 2=5.621,P<0.05);The rate of EGF expression in the triangle region and opening of tube were higher than that in the near region (P<0.05);The rate of EGFR expression was relative to pathological grade (χ 2=8.38,P<0.05)and clinical stage (χ 2=13.72,P<0.005). There was no correlation between the expression of EGF and depth of invasion.Conclusions The expressions of EGFR and EGF are important to the occurrence and development of bladder tumor.
