摘  要:高校后勤社会化赋予了高校餐饮巨大的发展机遇,也使高校餐饮面临着严峻的挑战,高校餐饮改革和发展是摆在高校餐饮人面前的一项具有重要性和现实性的研究课题。突出特色,铸造品牌,是高校餐饮改革和发展的核心。The socialization of logistic service in higher educational institutions has not only entrusted to their food and beverage service great developing opportunity, but also made it face severe challenge at the same time. Nowadays, how to reconstruct and develop food and beverage service of higher educational institutions has been a problem of study which is posed before the staff engaged in it and of great importance and reality. The core of realizing the goal ought to be the stress of specialties and the creation of famous brands.
