摘　　要：董仲舒在继承借鉴先秦诸子义利思想的基础上,提出了独具特色的义利观,在事实上承认"义利两养"的同时,在个体道德实践中强调"重义轻利"。Following the ideas of justice and expedience of the thinkers, who lived in the period of pre-Chin Dynasty, Dong Zhong-shu put forward his point of justice and benefit. He admitted both justice and benefit were indispensable to human's life. But in personal practice, he thought justice was more important than benefit.
