摘　　要：民办公助二级学院是在特定的历史背景下产生与发展的,也是公立高等院校解决自身发展中面临的一些矛盾和困难的途径。民办公助二级学院具有公办高校、私立民办高校不可替代的历史地位和发展前景。Brunch college being run by the local people and supported by the public comes into being and develops under the special history background. Its formation suits the reformation of socialism market economy system and fits in with the needs of the education incrtasing day by ady and its own development from 揺litism?to 損opular? It抯 also a way for public colleges and universities to solve the difficulty and controdiction occurring during the course of themselves development. Its history position and development prospect can抰 replacd by public or private colleges and universities.
