摘　　要：通过对本省高校档案工作改革发展情况的调查,分析了高校传统档案管理工作的变化动向及特点,并提出今后高校档案工作改革创新的策略.Through the survey of the reform and development of files m a nagement in the universities of Hennan, the article analyses the motivation and character of traditional files management in university ,and makes the project on files mana gement reform and innovation in university.
