摘　　要：本文阐述了新世纪高校图书馆员继续教育的原则、内容、现状以及强化继续教育的设想与对策,并指出新世纪的高校图书馆图书馆员必须加强继续教育工作.This article elaborates the Principles,contents and actualiti es of continuing educatior for college librarians in new century,and also puts for ward some suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen continuing education,The n it points out that the libraians in new cantury should strengthen their contin uing education work.
