摘　　要：为了开展高校体育的健身娱乐 ,改变学生对体育课的偏见和态度 ,提高学生的学习兴趣 ,合理的安排体育学科的科目 ,软式排球运动作为一种新兴的体育项目 ,已逐渐在世界各地得到普及与推广 ,并以其健身性、娱乐性、观赏性 ,难度小 ,重量轻的多种优点 ,很快被广大的师生和民众所接受。为了使排球运动项目在学校体育中的开展 ,吸引更多的学生参加体育锻炼 。In order to develop university sports and activities and change students' bias towards university P.E., to improve their interes ting in P.E an d for the teachers to arrange the course of P.E rationally,soft Volleyball,as a rising sports item,is gradually universalized in every part of the world.Wit h the advantages of body-building,recreation,visualization,little difficulty and ligh t volume,soft volleyball is quickly accepted by the public.Therefore,for the sa ke of developing volleyball item in the school sports.attracting more students t o physical training,it is essential to offer a course in soft volleyball in univ ersity P.E.
