摘  要:采用退让—蹬伸能力“同步发展法”对实验组运动员进行了 3个月的下肢爆发力训练 ,结果显示 :经训练后 ,实验组运动员下肢最大力量及下肢暴发力素质指标均优于对照组 ,组间值具有显著性差异。结果表明 :“同步发展法”是一科学合理的训练方法 ,能有效提高运动员的绝对肌力和爆发力。The athletes of experimental group was trained for three months in order to develop explosive force of the lower limbs by ' the developing method simultaneously' of the lower limbs retreating and pedalling. The results display: After training, the greatest power and the explosive force of the lower limbs of the athletes of the experimental group better than the athletes of the control group, and the data between groups were discovered to have significant difference. So it shows 'the developing method simultaneously' is the scientific and reasonable and can improve the absolute muscle power and explosive force of athletes.
