离子交换法制取植酸的研究

摘　　要：用阴离子交换树脂吸附法从棉籽饼中提取植酸的适宜条件是:树脂吸附菲丁的温度为5～20℃,菲丁浸提液的酸度pH为1～4,树脂通液速率为10～30ml/min;洗脱树脂吸附菲丁的温度为18～40℃,洗脱液的酸度pH为7～10,树脂通液速率为5～20ml/min.离子交换法与传统法相比,提取植酸的纯度提高了17.6个百分点,提取率提高了5.2个百分点.This paper reports a new method used for producing phytic acid-absorbing phytin contained in cottonseed cakes by anion exchange resin. The suitable conditions for this process are : the temperature for combining resin with phytin is 5～20℃, the pH of the liquid for gaining phytin 1～4, the rate of the liquid passing through the resin 10～30ml/min; the temperature for separating phytin from resin 18～40℃, the pH of the liquid for releasing phytin 7～10, the rate of the liquid passing through the resin 5 to 20 ml/min. Compared with the traditonal technique, this new method can increase the purity of phytic acid by 17.6% and the extraction rate by 5.2%.
