摘 要:用阴离子交换树脂吸附法从棉籽饼中提取植酸的适宜条件是:树脂吸附菲丁的温度为5~20℃,菲丁浸提液的酸度pH为1~4,树脂通液速率为10~30ml/min;洗脱树脂吸附菲丁的温度为18~40℃,洗脱液的酸度pH为7~10,树脂通液速率为5~20ml/min.离子交换法与传统法相比,提取植酸的纯度提高了17.6个百分点,提取率提高了5.2个百分点.This paper reports a new method used for producing phytic acid-absorbing phytin contained in cottonseed cakes by anion exchange resin. The suitable conditions for this process are : the temperature for combining resin with phytin is 5~20℃, the pH of the liquid for gaining phytin 1~4, the rate of the liquid passing through the resin 10~30ml/min; the temperature for separating phytin from resin 18~40℃, the pH of the liquid for releasing phytin 7~10, the rate of the liquid passing through the resin 5 to 20 ml/min. Compared with the traditonal technique, this new method can increase the purity of phytic acid by 17.6% and the extraction rate by 5.2%.
