摘　　要：DY-2003小型点样仪控制系统的硬件部分选用了固高公司的GT-400-SG的控制卡。该卡虽然为开环控制卡,但由于和性能较高的松下交流伺服电机与THK运动单元配合使用,精度可以满足设计要求。控制软件采用VB编写,具有操作简便、易于升级等特点。Hardware of control system of the DY-2003mini-microarrayer adopts GT-400-SG control board,which is made by Googol Technology Ltd.cooperated with AC servo motor of Panasonic company and motion units of THK company.Although it is an open-loop control board,precision can meet the designing requirements.Software of control system is written in VB.It has a lot of characteristics,such as easy operating,easy upgrading,etc.
