摘　　要：通过对英德大学实验室管理的考察,着重介绍德国卡尔斯鲁尔大学实验室的特点,并针对我国高等院校现状,提出要从思想上改变对教学实验室和实验室管理与安全的认识和理解,认为教学实验室应与社会需要和科学研究相结合,实验室管理要加强"以人为本"的观念,实验室安全要与环境保护相衔接,进而从根本上解决教学实验室的陈旧和落后,实验室管理与安全的低效问题。This article mainly introduced the characteristics of laboratories in Karlsruhe University, Germany, through the investigation tour in Britain and German universities. It suggested mentally the changes of cognizing and understanding the teaching laboratory, laboratory administration and safety in the light of our university present conditions. It believed teaching laboratory should join with societal demand and scientific research, laboratory administration should improve 'the human fundamentality', and laboratory safety should connect with environmental protection. 
