摘　　要：新建本科院校在合并后面临着资源重组、内涵升本等实质性融合的问题。该文就新形势对实验室改革的要求,结合该校的实践对新建院校文经管类实验室管理体制和运行模式的改革进行了研究和探索。The new built college and university are faced with the material merging problems of resources recomposing and connotation transfering after their mergence. According to the demand for laboratory reform under the new situation and the practice of our school,the author researches and probes into the administration system and operation mode of the new built college and university.
