摘　　要：根据专科学校的教学特点,将实验室管理体制由三级管理改为学校一级管理,减少了管理层次,增加了实验室的自主权,调动了实验室的积极性,提高了管理效益。The threelevel laboratory administrative system was changed into onelevel management according to the teaching characteristics of our medical college. This kind of practice can reduce the administrative levels, increase the decisionmaking power, promote the initiative of experimental staffs and improve the administrative effect.
