摘　　要：本文论述了建立产品创新平台的意义,对产品创新平台的内涵、主体、层次、内容、机制及其功能特点进行了研究;结合日本及美国产品创新的特点,具体探讨了美国"PNGV"创新平台的结构,并提出了建立产品创新平台对我国的启示。The significance of building the platform of product innovat io n is been discussed in this paper. The connotation, main body, layers, contents , mechan ism, function and the characteristics of the platform of product innov ation are studied too. Combined with the research of product innovations in Ame rican and J apan, the article details the theories of the innovative platform fo r 'PNGV', and puts forward the enlightenments of building the platform for pr oduct innovat ion.
