摘  要:随着制造业的迅猛发展,机床逐渐向高精度和高速度发展,对高精高速的加工中心进行优化设计和结构分析十分必要。文章根据现有机床设计方案,提出优化改进措施,并对机床主要结构进行有限元分析。优化后的机床降低了移动部件质量,减小了高速运动时机床产生的惯性载荷,保证了工作的安全性。同时,设计了肋板结构利于排屑,并一定程度地增强了机床散热。对床身结构的静力学分析和模态分析有助于进一步优化机床结构,为高精高速加工中心的发展提供了参考依据。High precision and high speed has been the primary trend of machine tool with extraordinary development of manufacturing,it’s necessary to optimization design and analysis structure of machine tool in high precision and high speed.In this paper,improvement scheme is given to develop the main structure based on prior design project.The optimi-zation design enhance safety of machine tool in high speed working condition with reducing the mass of moving structure and inertia load imposed by rapidly moving of machine.Ribbed slab structure is presented to discharge scraps and heat ef-fectively.For further optimization,static analysis and modal analysis of machine tool bed are taken obtain weak points and natural frequency of the bed,which providing engineering application reference for the development high precision and high speed machine center.
