摘　　要：目的 :研究60 Co辐照日粮对KM小鼠繁育情况的影响。方法 :将KM小鼠随机分组 ,用两种不同日粮分别饲喂 ,观察其生长发育情况并测定其繁殖性能。结果 :饲喂辐照组日粮的小鼠体重增加明显高于高热组 ,特别是 4、5、6周龄体重差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :饲喂辐照日粮 ,小鼠不仅体重增长快 ,而且窝产仔数、初生窝重。Objective:To study the effects of feed irradiated by 60 Co on reprod uction and breeding of KM mice. Methods:Divide mice into two gr oups at random a nd supply two different feed repectively , then observe their growth forage and reproductive ability. Results:The weight of mice feeded by irra diated increases more rapidly than that of mice feeded sterilized forage by high pressure, the difference of weight in 4、5 and 6 weeks is special remarkable (P<0.05). Conclusion:The mice feeded by irradiated forage grow faster and its litter size, init ial weight of litter and weaning weight of litter are all better than those of m ice feeded by sterilized forage by high pressure.
