摘　　要：药品安全性问题一直是全球共同关注的焦点。 196 8年WHO药品不良反应监测合作计划组织成立以来 ,药品不良反应监测取得了一定的进展 ,也面临着新的挑战。本文论述目前药品不良反应监测工作在全球范围内的发展趋势 ,旨在探讨我国药品不良反应监测发展的新方向。The drug safety problem has been a global focus. Some progress has been made in pharmacovigilance and it has also been facing some challenges since the statement of the WHO Programme for International Drug Monitoring in 1968. In this paper, Pharmacovigilance in global perspective was reviewed in order to probe for the new tendency of the ADR monitoring.
