摘　　要：本文将中华优秀传统文化中的“和合文化”与“人和艺术”运用于当代图书馆管理 ,旨在开发图书馆的人力资源 ,倾图书馆人心 。The heart of the library's management is that people is the essentials,thus the spirit of “People Is Regarded”promotes the development of library's undertaking.This article utilize the “Culture of Harmoniousness”and“Art of People's Relation”of China's outstanding traditional culture in the present age's library's management,and aims to develop the human resource and books' undertaking by using up the librarians' resource.
