对成教脱产学生开展全过程就业教育和指导的思考

摘　　要：当前,政府和高校对普通全日制大学生的就业十分重视,但高校却往往忽视成人大学生的就业教育与指导,没有将成人大学生的就业纳入教学过程.对成教脱产的绝大多数学生而言,同样面临,而且比普通大学生更为严峻的就业形势.学校应重视成教脱产学生的就业教育与指导,并将就业教育与指导贯穿于整个教学过程的始终.At present,the government and universities attach gr eat importance to graduates'employment, but universities neglect the direction s for adult graduates to seek employment and do not take it into the entire teac hing process. For most full-time adult students,their employment situations ar e more severe than other student s. So universities should emphasize the directions for students in adult educa tion and put employment guidance into the entire process of education .
