对高校教师资源开发与运行机制的思考

摘　　要：要解决目前高校教师资源开发与运行工作中存在的问题,必须从提高增量、优化存量、使用管理三个方面建立科学、规范的教师资源开发与运行的机制。文章从转变观念、做好规划、优化环境等方面思考了这种机制实现的对策。In order to solve the problems in the work of developing and running teacher resources in institutions of higher education,a scientific and standard mechanism should be established in the aspects of promoting the addition,bettering the present situation and employing management of teacher resources.The present paper puts forward some measures to realize this mechanism in regard to idea transformation,planning and bettering environment.
