摘　　要：重新给出了构造极大平面图的删边加点法的概念,分析了极大平面图的结构,给出了极大平面图的构造定理,并以12阶极大平面图为例说明了这个定理具有很强的可操作性.The edgedeleting and pointadding method of constructing maximun plane graph is redefined,the structure of maximun plane gragh is analysed,the theorem for structure of maximun plane gragh is stated,and the effective operating function of this theorem with the twelve order maximun plane gragh is explained.
