摘  要:目的 比较铸接式和焊接式衔铁的表面及内部显微结构 ,为临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法 采用激光焊接技术制作焊接式磁性附着体衔铁试件 6个 ,采用铸造技术制作铸接式衔铁试件 5个 ,比较焊接式、铸接式衔铁试件和成品衔铁试件的表面形貌、金相结构及化学元素组成。结果 焊接式衔铁基本保持成品衔铁的表面光洁度和内部结构 ,热影响区极小 ,熔焊区有明显的元素扩散 ;铸接式衔铁表面粗糙 ,氧化层形成 ,内部结构改变 ,基体金属与衔铁间存在熔合带但元素扩散有限。结论 焊接较铸接对衔铁表面及内部结构影响小。Objective\ In order to introduce the laser welding technology into root_cap making, this study compared the surface characters and internal structures of laser_melted and cast post_keeper to provide experimental data for clinical application of the technique.Methods\ Using untreated keeper as the control group, the surface characters and metallographic structures of the keepers were examined by stereomicroscope, metallographic microscope and SEM, and element analysis were conducted with EPMA.Results\ The laser_melted post_keeper basically kept the original smooth and the internal structure of the keeper, the heat reaction zone was extremely small and elements diffused mutually around the fusion zone obviously. While in the cast post_keeper, the surface was rough and had an oxide_layer. The internal structure changed and a fusion band formed between the base alloy and the keeper, but element diffusion was limited to the fusion zone.Conclusion\ Compared with casting, laser welding technique demonstrated less influence on the surface and internal structure of the keepers.
