中国人群非综合征性唇腭裂与TGFβ3多态性的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨转移生长因子 β3(TGFβ3)多态性与中国人群非综合征性唇腭裂 (NSCL±P)的相关性。 方法　应用聚合酶链反应 聚丙烯酰胺 (PCR PAGE)胶方法 ,以 10 3名健康体检者为对照 ,配对研究了 12 4名NSCL±P患者TGFβ3基因的多态性。 结果　对照组与患病组两者相比较 ,χ2 =2 4 .6 2 5 ,df=1,P <0 .0 1,在统计学上有显著性差异 ;有家族史与无家族史者比较 ,χ2 =2 5 .891,df=1,P <0 .0 1,在统计学上有显著性差异 ;其他配对比较均无统计学意义。结论　中国人群非综合征性唇腭裂的发生与TGFβ3基因多态性有相关性。Objective To study the relationship between transforming growth f actor-β3(TGFβ3) polymorphisms and nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cl eft palate(NSCL±P) in the Chinese Han population. Methods TGFβ3 was examined by PCR-denaturing PAGE technique in th e 124 patients with NSCL±P and 103 healthy persons. Results In the comparisons between the controls and the patients,th e patients with family history and the patients without family history,the resul ts were χ 2=24.652,df=1,P<0.01;χ 2=25.891,df=1,P<0.01,respectively ,there were statistical significances.In other comparisons,there was no statisti cal significance. Conclusion The above results give the strong evidence for the as sociation of TGFβ3 polymorphisms with development of NSCL±P in the Chinese Ha n population.
