摘　　要：本文从人才培养的目标模式、方案模式和途径模式三方面总结了我校三个教育部高工专示范专业建构的高 等专科教育人才培养模式,使得人才培养模式系统化,具有较强的实践指导意义和示范推广的价值。The present paper, from the perspective of three patterns,i, e. , pattern of objective, pattern of project and pattern of approach in talent cultivation, summarizes the ways adopted by three exemplary specialties appointed by Ministry of Education in our college to renew and systemize the pattern of cultivating talents in college education. It is of great guiding significance and value for popularization.
