摘　　要：大学生就业市场经过近几年的建设和发展,虽已具雏形,但目前还存在制约机制失衡、市场没有固定的时间和场所、法规不健全等方面的问题,为此,应建立大学就业市场的运行机制;尽快出台大学生就业法,规范大学生就业市场;进一步转变就业观念;建立大学毕业生待业救济金及就业流向调节金;发展大学生就业无形市场。Job market for College graduates has developed into it抯 embryonic form after the construction for recent several years, but there are still some problems: for examples, the restricted mechanism is out of balance; there is no regular time and place for the market; the statute is imperfect and so on. We should build an operating mechanism of job market for college graduates; change the old ideas of obtaining employment; issue law connected with obtaining employment as soon as possible to standardize job market for the college graduates; set up relief fund for job-waiting and employment-flowing to develop the job market for college graduates perfectly.
