摘  要:本文运用睾丸染色体畸变试验和精子畸形试验研究了丙烯酰胺对雄性小鼠生殖系统的影响。试验组剂量分别为21.25mg/kg、42.5mg/kg和85mg/kg。结果表明,丙烯酰胺中剂量和高剂量引起小鼠睾丸染色体畸变和精子畸形,但低剂量(21.25mg/kg)未见明显的致突变作用。In this paper, the effects of acrylamide on sperm moprhology and testicular chromosomes in male mice were studied by means of spermshape abnormality and chromosomal aberration tests in germ cells of testis. Male mice were given the acrylamide in doses of 21.25, 42.5, 85mg/kg respectively. The results indicated that acrylamide was mutagenic to germ cells and sperm of testis in middle and high dosage, while no significant mutagencity was found at lower exposure (21.25mg/kg).
