摘 要:应用摩擦电选技术对大同煤进行了分选试验研究.研究结果表明分离室中电场强度及电场均匀性、载体气流速度、分离室中负压度等因素对摩擦电选过程产生显著影响,原煤可选性对摩擦电选过程产生决定性影响.选前对煤样进行超声波预处理和微波预处理后其分选效果下降,这对摩擦电选技术研究具有一定的参考价值.An experiment of triboelectrostatic beneficiation of Datong coal was performed. And the influence of pre-treatment by microwave and ultrasonic wave on the triboelectrostatic separation process was discussed The result shows that 1) factors such as strength and uniformity of electric field, flow velocity of gas; degree of negative pressure in separation chamber have an obvious influence on triboelectrostatic separation; 2) the washability of coal sample has a determined effect on triboelectrostatic process; and 3) the ultrasonic pre-treatment results in a bad effect of separation. However, the data are significant for a further study of triboelectrostatic separation.
