摘 要:目的 探讨 Ras、p53联合突变及局部体液免疫在食管上皮癌变过程中的协同作用。方法 应用直接免疫荧光及 S-P免疫组化染色法对不同食管组织中的 Ig G产生细胞和 Ras、p53进行检测。结果 在食管癌变过程中 Ras、p53联合突变率呈上升趋势 ;在浸润性食管癌中 ,Ras、p53联合突变率与浸润深度、淋巴结转移率呈正比 ,而 Ras、p53阴性同时 Ig G阳性的病例中浸润深度、淋巴结转移率显著降低。结论 在食管癌发生发展过程中 ,抑癌基因 p53和癌基因 Ras的异常改变呈协同作用 ,且 Ig G似可通过抑制 Ras。ObjectiveTo probe the relationship between Ras,p53 and t he local humoral immunity in canceration of the esophageal epithelum.Met hodsThe direct immunofluorescence tecnique and S-P immunohistochemical staining were applied to detect IgG producing cells and Ras,p53 in tissue esop hageal varying. ResultsDuring the esophageal cancerati on ,the co-expression rate of Ras and p53 was gradually higher.In invisive es ophageal carcinoma,there was a positive relation between the co-expression of Ra s,p53 and the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis. The tumor with IgG prod ucing cells but loss of Ras,p53 expression appeared less invasion and lymph no de metatasis. ConclusionsDuring the esophageal canceration,the mutations of Ras,p53 play a co-carcinogenic role in the cooperation.It seems t hat IgG could arrest tumor metastasis and invasion through suppressing the Ras a nd p53 gene co-mutation.
