黄芪根瘤菌新表观群中心菌株与相关根瘤菌的DNA同源性分析

摘　　要：采用液相复性速率法测定了黄芪根瘤菌新表观群的中心菌株CA8561和JL84与近缘已知根瘤菌属种模式菌株或参比菌株的DNA同源性.结果表明,分离自中国北方地区的部分黄芪根瘤菌菌株形成了独立的新的DNA同源群,结合其它分类技术的研究结果可以认为这些菌株构成了一个新种.It was determined that DNADNA relatedness between central strains CA8561 and JL84 of new phenotypic group 8 and 9 respectively, which consist of strains isolated from Astragalus spp., and type strains of described rhizobial species. The results showed that the homology is 0～56% and 0～54.9%. So the phenotypic group 8 and 9 perhaps are new rhizobial species according to the international criteria in DNA homology.
