摘 要:采用室内生长速率法测定了绿帝(邻烯丙基苯酚)和银泰(4-丁酰基苯酚)对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctoniacerealis)的抑制作用。结果表明,两种药剂的EC_(50)分别为4.63和5.62 μg/ml;不同酸碱度介质条件下两种药剂对小麦纹枯病菌的抑制作用无明显变化。显微观察表明,在含有绿帝或银泰的PDA培养基上小麦纹枯病菌菌丝生长过程中分支间距显著缩短。电导率法和高效液相色谱法测定结果表明,两种供试药剂对小麦纹枯病菌菌体细胞膜通透性和细胞壁麦角甾醇含量没有影响。绿帝或银泰抑制小麦纹枯病菌生长的作用机制应该进一步靶向药剂对病菌细胞呼吸作用和对病菌细胞壁胞外水解酶的影响等方面。The inhibition of Lvdi (2-allyl phenol) and Yintai (4-butanoyl phenol) on the growing of Rhizoctonia cerealis and its mechanism were studied by means of growing rate, microscopy, membrane permeability, and HPLC methods. The results showed that the EC50 of 2-allyl phenol and 4-butanoyl phenol were 4. 63 and 5. 62μg/ml, respectively. There was no evident difference between fungi toxicities of two chemicals on pathogen's growing on PDA media with different pH. The space between hyphal branch of Rhizoctonia cerealis was significantly reduced when it was incubated and grown on the PDA media contented two chemicals. Two fungicides had no effect on the change of membrane permeability and ergosterol in Rhizoctonia cerealis. The next research should pinpoint to the effect of two chemicals on cell respiration of the pathogen and hydrolytic enzyme of the pathogen extra-cell.
