摘　　要：目的探讨急诊导诊工作中的规范化措施及意义。方法对急诊导诊工作中所涉及的人员素质、服务职能及服务程序等做了进一步规范,并统计分析工作效率。结果规范导诊后患者抢救成功率及满意率较以前均有提高,前后比较有显著性差异。结论急诊导诊工作规范化是保证患者及时救治、成功抢救的前提。Objective To explore the measures and significance of standardized emergency guidance.Methods The quality of medical staff,function of service and procedures of service in the course of emergency guidance were standardized and the efficacy was analyzed statistically.Res ults After standardization of emergency guidance,the success rate for rescue and the satisfaction rate were both improved a lot compared with before the enforcement of the measures,with significant difference statistically.Conclus ion The standardization of emergency guidance is the premise of timely treatment and successful rescue.
