摘　　要：目的 :探讨咽旁颞下区及颅底肿瘤的手术治疗。方法 :　总结 5 8例咽旁颞下区及颅底肿瘤切除的手术径路及优缺点、适用范围。结果 :颞下咽旁区及颅底肿瘤 5 8例中 ,良性肿瘤 3 7例 ,恶性肿瘤 2 1例。 5 8例中采用侧方手术入路 5 1例 ,前方手术入路 7例。结论 :根据肿瘤的原发部位、体积、侵犯范围、有无颈淋巴结转移等情况确定手术入路。Objective:To explore an effective way to treat parapharyngeal space tumor .Method:58 cases with tumors of lateral skull bases and parapharyngeal infratemporal area and undergoing surgical removal were reported . The operative approaches include lateral and anterior approaches .The advantage and disadvantage of both approaches were discussed .Result:The tumors in this site stremed from deep lope parotid gland ,nerve tissues and bone tissues .Conclusion:The selection of single or tow combied approaches should depend on the primary place,size,invading range and with or without lymghnode metastasis.
