摘　　要：目的和方法 :运用免疫组化SP法检测MMP— 9、EGFR在 6 8例膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCCB)中的表达 ,分析它们与临床病理分级、分期的关系。结果 :在TCCB中 ,MMP— 9、EGFR高表达并与肿瘤分级、分期相关。MMP— 9的表达与EGFR表达有相关性。MMP— 9和EGFR的共同表达与表浅性TCCB的复发密切相关。结论 :MMP— 9、EGFR的表达对肿瘤的预后有提示作用 ,MMP—Objective and Methods:To investigate the expression of matrix metallopro teinase-9(MMP-9)and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)and,to evaluate the relationship between the expression and clinical stage,pathological grade in 68 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB).The expression of MMP-9 and ERGF was measured With SP immunohistochemical method (S-P method).Results:The higher expression of MMP-9 and EGFR was correlated with TCCB grade and stage.There were Correlations between the expression of MMP-9 and that of EGFR.There was significant positive correlations between the co-expression of MMP-9,EGFR and reccurance of Superficial TCCB.Conclusion:The expressions of MMP-9 and EGFR is predictors for the prognosis and reccurence of TCCB.
