摘　　要：随着高校人事制度、分配制度、管理体制的改革 ,高校不同群体间的差异将日趋明显。本文通过对高校不同群体特性的分析 。The variation of different qroups will be more obvious with the reform of personnel system,allocation system and menagement system in university.The author put,forward the necessity and fundamental method of organizing well relation through the characteristic analysis of different qroups of universities.
