摘　　要：由于酒的特殊溶剂的作用，所以常用来配制某种保健品．本文对这一酒精性保健饮料的有机和无机活性成分的含量，进行了理化分析，并对其卫生标准和营养成分给予了评价．Wine is used for compounding a maintain health material, for itsaction of a special sol- vent. The content of the organic and inorganic active composition in the maintain health drink with alcohol has been analysed with physical and chemical methods and the hyginenic stamdard and nutrient composition of it have been evaluate in this paper.
