摘　　要：师资管理在高校管理中具有举足轻重的地位 ,它具有放大与决策两大功能。Faculty management play an important role in the administration of higher educationc,which has two major functions:amplifying and.Decision-making.The author also suggests that satisfying the teachers need of selfdevelopment is of great importance in the administrative work of higher education.
